Princeton Day School seeks a service-oriented full-time Technology Support Specialist to focus on supporting administrative offices. Some areas of responsibility will include, but not be limited to, technical support, project management, product/vendor selection, database administration. The Support Specialist will be an integral part of the IT team as well as partnering with internal clients, therefore interpersonal skills are critical.

Qualifications include (but not limited to):·
- Excellent customer service skills.·
- Experience supporting computers and software.
- Experience with administrative/business information systems and databases preferred.·
- Interest in managing projects and working with internal clients to identify and implement new systems (including cloud-based technologies).·
- Strong organization, communication and documentation skills.·
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant technical certifications preferred.
