Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child, a private Catholic school in Summit, New Jersey, seeks a temporary leave replacement Admissions Data Manager starting October 1, 2016. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Admissions, provide support to both the Lower and Upper school admissions offices, and have recent and relevant experience managing the operation, maintenance, data input, data integrity and accuracy of an admissions database such as whipplehill or blackbaud. Strong background in Microsoft Excel required.

Duties Include:

Data Management/Executive Reporting

Maintains and updates the admissions database (Blackbaud)
Regularly prepares analysis on enrollment statistics
Prepares all Upper and Lower school admissions letters in addition to all financial aid letters and agreements
Attends and documents Upper and Lower school admissions decision meetings; prepares reports necessary for these meetings
Maintains the admissions budget, the director’s credit card account and deposits;
Responsible for online application (InfoSnap) daily processing
Facilitation of Admissions Process

Processes online student applications and prepares enrollment and reenrollment materials
Responds to all applicant inquiries
Acts as the primary liaison for the Upper School applicants and families; provides an organized and effective application process for visiting days
Assists and participates in all Upper and Lower school open houses
Assists and participates in the admission orientation for new students
Supports the financial aid process.
General Administrative Duties

Performs receptionist duties, including answering the school’s main phone line, distributes mail, welcomes and screen campus visitors, etc.
