Responsibilities Include:

Data Work

  • Input and extract data from Raiser's Edge and create queries, exports and reports.
  • Oversee gift processing and liaison with Business Office to reconcile gift records.
  • Manage the online parent directory and alumnae app in collaboration with the senior web developer. Liaison with Technology to devise protocols for data integration with outside vendors.
  • Coordinate year-end data rollover activities in Raiser's Edge.
  • Manage submission of annual benchmarking surveys.
  • With Assistant Director, implement efficiencies and protocols to maintain database integrity.

List Management

  • Segment the database and generate mailing and email lists in support of fundraising, communication, and alumnae and parent relations efforts.
  • Collaborate with Advancement teams to track data projects and work plans.

Stewardship/Planned Giving Program Support

  • Administer gift acknowledgement protocol and prepare letters to donors.
  • With Stewardship/PG Team, coordinate PG entry, gift documentation, tracking of deferred gifts pending distribution, and prospect management systems.
  • Organize stewardship and planned giving mailings.
  • With Assistant Director, coordinate with the Business Office and faculty to generate stewardship letters to endowed fund donors.

General

  • With Operations Team, ensure appropriate planning and implementation of systems and strategies to support the work of the department.
  • Provide technical and event support for department as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an office setting with a specific focus on data.
  • A thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and Raiser's Edge or equivalent CRM database.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
