License/Credential or Skills

  • Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree and three years increasingly responsible supervisory/management and/ or related experience in area of specialty. 

  • Valid California driver's license. 

  • 3 years experience with budget preparation and governmental financial tools for procurement, reimbursements and expenses 

  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel 

  • Experience with the ATLAS student information system 

  • Experience with student records in a large district 

  • Experience with supporting large technology events 

  • Proficient in the use of district application software and tools: 

    • Office 365 tools (OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, etc.) 

    • Infor/Lawson HR/Payroll System 

  • CGI/AMS Financial Systems
