Position Summary

The Career Resource Center of the University at Buffalo School of Management seeks a process-oriented, customer-focused and analytical individual to manage the functions of assessment and technology within the department. This position will develop and implement strategies to measure the impact of career services and key performance indicators related to graduate employment outcomes, engagement in experiential learning, customer satisfaction, career readiness, and relationship management. The Assistant Director of Assessment & Technology will collect and analyze operational information to ensure data-driven decisions and seamless processes for efficient workflow, as well as manage office systems, databases, and technology platforms to foster innovation and streamlined service. This position will also collaborate to communicate and promote stories of student and alumni success.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and two years of relevant professional experience. *Demonstrated project management abilities, interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, professional ethics and excellence in oral and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data management and analysis, preferably related to higher education, human resources, or other relevant industries/functions. * Experience with Symplicity or other career center database management systems. * Experience with assessment tools and survey tools such as Survey Monkey, etc.
