Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader for the Assistant Director, Technology Services Administration position. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Technology Services Administration Unit and reviewing the activities of Technology Services programs involved with contracting, staffing, and budget functions.

Requirements

Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, finance, or other field related to the knowledge and competencies of the job from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Foreign degrees and credit units require translation and equivalency established by an agency recognized by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Experience: Five years of experience in the administration of technology-based program budgets and services, including three years of experience supervising staff engaged in such activities.

Additional Requirements: A valid California driver's license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to provide transportation between job sites is required. Hybrid remote schedules may be available. To ensure the health and safety of its staff, LACOE may require employees to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19.
