Job Summary

The Assistant Director will direct planning & execution of strategic program portfolio initiatives & communications. Accountable for CSP ITS portfolio management system. Develop a cooperative team environment & leadership potential among staff by coaching & mentoring employees day-to-day. Development & execution of CSP PMO multi-year unit strategic road map, monitor progress & collect data on unit’s accomplishments toward annual goals.
