Lawrence School seeks a detail-oriented, motivated administrative professional with strong interpersonal skills to assist the Registrar/Database Manager in all activities, including management of the Senior Systems Student Information System (SIS). This individual will report to the Registrar/Database Manager and work closely with other staff and faculty members.

Responsibilities include maintaining student records in the SIS, creating queries and reports to provide information to constituents, data entry, updating lists and records, creating and testing online forms, processing transcript and record requests, providing LMS/SIS tech support to families and staff, assisting the Advancement department with the maintenance of the Raiser’s Edge database, and other tasks assigned by the Registrar.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. Database management and experience with Microsoft Office applications is required. Advanced Excel skills are preferred. Candidate must be a team player with knowledge of customer service best practices. Work in a school setting is a plus, but not required. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated success in a collaborative, cooperative and collegial workplace are essential. Successful candidates will possess a solid understanding of office technology, data integrity, and how to carefully work with confidential information, as well as outstanding oral and written communication skills.
