Chaminade College Preparatory seeks a middle school COMPUTER SCIENCE/ROBOTICS TEACHER to develop students' computational thinking in quarter-long introductory computer science courses in 6th and 7th grade as well as semester-long Robotics courses in 8th grade.  Our middle school campus is located in Chatsworth, California.  THIS MAY BE A PART-TIME OR A FULL-TIME POSITION.

At Chaminade our faculty enjoy being part of a team that is setting the standard in Catholic education.  We are a 1:1 tablet school and faculty must be comfortable integrating technology into the classroom to enhance student learning.  Chaminade faculty collaborate with colleagues to maximize student learning and are themselves lifelong learners.

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.  A master's degree and/or teaching credential in the subject discipline is preferred. Prior middle school teaching experience in a Catholic educational setting is strongly preferred.
