| Major Work Characteristics/ Summary of Position |
Assists with the development, facilitation and execution of internal staff training at all levels of to enhance the skills and technical competency of University faculty and staff. |
| Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline, plus a minimum of three (3) years of training experience. Must have experience in establishing learning environments that utilize and address numerous learning styles and adult learning techniques. Must have a strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Must have previous experience developing and teaching technology related programs. |
| Desired Qualifications |
Five (5) or more years of technology training experience in a business or higher education setting, preferably in Information Technology. One (1) year or more of Banner ERP and other technology related training experience. |

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: May supervise student worker or interns. REPORTS TO: Manager, IT Service Desk and Training PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: In accordance with the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT) this position performs light work. This means it exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally (up to 1/3 of the time), and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time), and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. |
