Creative Technologist

Marymount School of New York seeks a full- or part-time creative technologist to:

• Teach 3 or 4 high school classes in digital arts and computer science

• Manage the Upper School makerspace

• Offer creative technology support to students and teachers in the high school division.

Classes include: 

• Interactive Design 

• Creative Computation

• Experiments with Open Source Technology

• AP Computer Science Principles

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to Maker education; have experience working in an experiential learning environment; be comfortable with the use of hand tools, electronics, computer software and hardware, and various other technologies; as well as be an effective collaborator with strong communication skills.
