Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business administration, management information systems, marketing, statistics, social sciences or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum one year experience in information technology. Minimum one year experience with Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software. Minimum one year experience in database analysis, reporting, and development of analytical reports. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with MS Dynamics CRM environment. Direct experience with higher education ERP system (Banner, Colleague), or with Ellucian CRM systems. Experience in end user training, hardware and software helpdesk support. Extensive knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite. Expert knowledge of MS Access, MS Project and Visio.

Position Purpose

The CRM Specialist’s role is to maintain the installation, configuration, and support of the customer relationship management (CRM) software and related systems through graduate education’s best practices. This person will analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring data quality and integrity. The CRM Specialist will also apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user groups on issues related to the design, development, deployment and identification of ways to fully utilize CRM software critical to graduate education operations.
