Catlin Gabel School is seeking a full time, Data Integration and Reports Specialist to join our friendly, inclusive IT team. The Specialist coordinates the use of database systems across campus, provides database training, and direct technical support to faculty, staff, and students, as needed. Daily interaction with faculty, staff, students, department colleagues, volunteers, vendors, and guests. Communications include in-person, phone, and electronic interactions. You’ll need to be great at interpersonal and technical communication skills, attention to detail, and an awesome can-do, willing-to-learn attitude. Salary Range: $74,000-$85,000

Qualifications:

  • Training in computer programming, systems analysis/design and/or management, with a minimum of two years’ experience in database management

  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required

  • Extensive experience administering, reporting and querying Microsoft SQL and MySQL. SQL certification a plus

  • Advanced use of Excel and Google sheets required including strong ability to utilize VLOOKUP, advanced Excel formulas and advanced use of Google sheets including utilizing Google scripting

  • Experience with online data collection and workflow utilizing Google Forms and Google sheets as well as data collection tools such as Survey Monkey

  • Experience with modern reporting tools such as Tableau preferred

  • Experience developing and providing effective training to colleagues preferred
