This position is responsible for accurately and securely developing, coordinating, and maintaining the databases in all departments of the school.

Input of course and student schedules in the database prior to the start of each semester
Input and manage all academic data and records for all students
Produce transcripts and report cards
Periodic assimilation and reporting of GPA and course data to Georgia HOPE for students 9-12
Design, coordinate, and maintain databases across various departments
Perform queries and generate reports as needed
Conduct research to support the strategic objectives of the Advancement, Admissions, and Academic departments
Train, support, and provide technical support to users
Develop and prepare statistical reports for Administration and Board.
Education/Experience - Certificate from college or technical school.  Three years related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Computer Skills - Experience with Blackbaud database software; knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software

Reasoning Ability - Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.  Strong decision making and problem solving skills

Language Ability - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Managers/Directors
