Design Technology/Robotics Teacher

Island Pacific Academy is seeking an experienced Design Technology/Robotics Teacher (Grades 6-10), for an instructional position beginning August 2016.

Candidate qualifications include:

- At least a BA or equivalent in Technology related fields or Education.
- At least two years teaching experience.
- A willingness to be an active and participating member of an innovative and caring group of professional educators.

Candidates with knowledge of Engineering disciplines, Robotics, STEM Education or Design Thinking, preferred.

Beyond classroom instruction, a willingness to oversee robotics club activities and competitions is desired. Teachers regularly conference with students, parents and colleagues and are involved in all aspects of school life.
