The Director of Innovation will be a thought-leader on campus for all constituencies:  faculty, staff, parents and students. The position is a combination of teaching, programming, instructional coaching, robotics coaching, and tech-integration.  We are looking for a visionary who can inspire and coach faculty, as well as students, to be innovative in and out of the classroom.

 

Main responsibilities include:

 

  • Direct the Innovation Center and Makerspace
  • Teach innovation in K-4
  • Assist middle school teachers with technology integration
  • Serve as instructional coach for faculty, K-8
  • Teach coding, robotics, tinkering, and Makerspace electives
  • Mentor and coach middle school competitive robotics team
