The University of Lynchburg is accepting applications for a Director of Technology Support Services to join our team. The full-time position will be responsible for managing the Technology Support Services team and the ITR Help Desk staff, as well as keeping all campus user and classroom technology in proper operating order.

Management experience is required. Experience with computer hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with an ability to effectively communicate with a variety of technical levels are important. Experience with classroom technology, project management and/or Microsoft’s Configuration Manager a plus. Bachelor’s Degree — or equivalent work experience — required. Selected candidate must successfully pass a background check.
