The Savannah Country Day School seeks to hire an Education Technology Support Specialist  to join their Information and Literacy Services Department. This position will be responsible for supporting faculty and students on a daily basis with their technological and instructional support needs, as well as helping to grow the use and adoption of key campus data systems. The Education Technology Support Specialist will interface, on a daily basis, with faculty and students in our different educational divisions from Junior Kindergarten to 12th grade. Strong knowledge of the Mac operating system, school student information systems, Google Apps, and tech support experience preferred. Experience with Whipple Hill is a big plus.

Qualifications:

Extensive Apple hardware and software knowledge, including in a support role
Experience working with students, faculty, and educational staff
Strong time management and organizational skills
A strong command of Google Apps
Experience supporting a school Student Information System (SIS)
Technical support and troubleshooting experience with varying forms of hardware
Technology training experience
