Responsible for providing administrative assistance, purchasing, and help desk routing for Information Services.

  • Provide first level response and routing to trouble calls that come through in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Manage asset Inventory for the School’s devices.
  • Manage support for Audio/Visual Events.
  • Walk users through problem-solving steps.
  • Train computer users.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Must possess strong organization skills
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to communicate efficiently written and verbally

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Experience with knowledge in an IS Help Desk and customer service support experience a plus.
