Bellavista School is an independent preparatory school for children with learning potential who are experiencing specific or generalised learning difficulties that prevent them from achieving success in a mainstream school environment.

Selection criteria include:

  • Relevant administration qualifications with five years working experience;
  • Strong numeracy and excellent written communication skills;
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office Suite;
  • Experience in Pencilbox or a similar administration system will be beneficial;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at the School;
  • Organisational and time management skills so as to meet deadlines set are critical;
  • Team play, initiative and collaboration are essential;
  • High levels of integrity are expected in order to deal with confidential information;
  • Experience in handling challenging situations assertively and diplomatically is desirable.
