Experience with computer hardware and software.

Knowledge of and experience with cloud-based applications, cache proxy, and imaging systems.

Description of Job Duties

1. Serve as an ITA for Testing Services. Responsible for working with OIT and the Testing Services Director to maintain UTSA security standards and Vendor standards in labs.
2. Maintain lab environments for Testing Services to include but not limited to standardized image on lab computers, updates, ensure compliance with vendor specifications to run testing programs.
3. Serve as primary technician responsible for scanning ParScore exams on a daily basis and uploading outcomes/results to associated faculty of record.
4. Serve as one of the primary contacts for ParScore Reporting.
5. Upgrade and maintain computer hardware and software as upgrades are required.
6. Troubleshoot computer hardware/software in Testing Services labs so as to maintain mission critical operations.
7. Assist in proctoring exams on occasion.
8. Other duties as required.
