POSITION: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR (K-12)

Terms:

  • Full-Time, equivalent to Department Chair

  • 1 year (renewable contract)

Specific Qualities

  • Demonstrated experience working in and leading an Educational Technology Program, including implementation across an entire school so as to have maximal impact on staff and student learning.

  • Ability to manage our new Gr 7-12 one-to-one student Chromebook and staff MacBook program, as well as our schoolwide Meraki Network and educational technology applications.

  • Expertise and certification in educational technology, computer science, or equivalent. Familiarity with Google suite of applications is an expectation, and familiarity with MS Office 365, Windows, MacOS, JAMF Pro, Securly, Adobe Suite and Meraki Network would be an asset.

  • Ability to work cooperatively with administration, staff, faculty, and students across the school in coordinating a common, effective approach to technology integration, including staff professional development, as well as troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and address policy and procedure gaps.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills including familiarity with MS Office 365, Google Workspace/Classroom, Windows, MacOS, JAMF Pro, Securly, Adobe Suite and Meraki Network.

Priority Consideration will be given to candidates who possess the following:

  • Current pastoral reference confirming that he/she is a practicing Roman Catholic.
