Information Technology Manager

Summary of Position:

• Responsible for all IT systems needed for effective running of the school

• Manage short-term and long-term development and systems installation

• Collaboratively work with educational technology personnel to achieve systems integration

Essential Responsibilities:     

• Provide day-to-day systems support to faculty, staff and students,

• Implement a help-desk system to manage all repair, upgrade and troubleshooting requests in a timely fashion,

• Deploy and update all school related network, computers and mobile devices,

• Manage server and network environments including management of all forms of cybersecurity,

• Recommend and deploy all software applications,

• Responsible for maintenance, upgrade and update of VOIP telephone systems including management and upgrade of bandwidth when necessary,

• Responsible for management of printer & copier devices as they relate to connectivity to server

• Responsible for management of all audio and video systems and its integration,

Position Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of practical and applicable IT experience,

• Demonstrated proficiency in hardware, software and external/internal cybersecurity matters,

• AppleCare and Windows Certification required  

• Able to produce quality work in high-pressure environment,

• Able to interact with multiple client audiences (professional senior management, staff, faculty and lay leadership)
