Information Technology Manager

Job Overview - The IT Manager is responsible for the supporting the technology requirements of CBA. An associate’s degree and Microsoft certification is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to faculty and students for school-owned technology.

• Perform desktop and server maintenance, including software and hardware updates.

• Deploy new technology. Including computers, tablets, projectors, etc.

• Create and maintain user accounts.

• Maintain technology inventory.

• Update technology plan annually.

• Create and maintain documentation for CBA networks and servers.

• Maintain network infrastructure, including wireless access points.

• Manage school security system, including access control and cameras.

• Support the audio-visual needs of the faculty, students and guest presenters.

• Serve on the crisis management team

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is required.

• Highly organized and motivated

• Professional communication skills
