The EIT Infrastructure division is looking for an amazing leader to lead the Web Applications Team. This position will lead a team of highly specialized staff, providing oversight and management of day-to-day operations and project work. Responsibilities include Service Management activities for our Web Applications service offerings; the development of strategies and implementation plans for technologies and service; planning, resourcing, and budgeting; and ensuring our operational environments are aligned with best practices (e.g., architecture, security, disaster recovery, monitoring). The applicant must possess a working knowledge of the web applications domain including concepts such as: infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, gitops, and containerization; have experience providing vision, strategy, project management, and innovation in operational environments; expanding capabilities year over year; and have experience developing and support staff development. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate should have additional experience managing or project leading enterprise technical teams.
