Summary:

Seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to fill a full-time, 12-month contract, Information Technology Support Specialist position.

Duties:

  • Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, peripheral, multimedia and software

  • Provide desktop, phone, and software support to faculty/staff/students

  • Document and report progress and actions performed on all technology

  • Complete work orders accurately and on time

  • Assist with installations, inventory and documentation

Qualifications:

  • AAS degree in computer or information technology, or a related field

  • 3 years related experience, or equivalent

  • A+ certification and Apple experience strongly desired

  • Excellent organization, communication, and customer service sills

  • Demonstrated ability to work as a viable team member in an enterprise network environment

  • Strong analytical skills
