Ross Institute/School seeks an Instructional Designer to lead content development of a suite of innovative online professional development courses for K–12 teachers. This individual will develop content and architect the user experience, applying their expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory.

Reporting to the Chief Academic Officer and working closely with the Director of Academics, Academic Team, and Faculty, the Instructional Designer will Collaborate with Ross internal teams (academic content / writers, video production, graphic design and technology) to develop schedule and identify project milestones / deliverables And Work with subject matter experts to develop content including overseeing script writing process. This individual will Identify/incorporate or develop appropriate learning activities/exercises needed to enable learners to achieve learning objectives (e.g., delivery timeframes, durations, techniques).
