Job Summary

We are currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the following position: Instructional Technology Consultant (ITS 3)

The Instructional Technology Consultant provides enhanced technical consulting on projects impacting individuals and the institution.

This position is responsible for interpreting and translating functional specifications into technical requirements; management of institutional servers, applications, cloud services and technology systems; takes lead in developing new processes and solutions to address business requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications

Specific Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management of information systems, education/adult learning, instructional technology or related field.
  • 3 years of recent instructional technology or related experience relevant to the position’s essential duties.
  • 3 years of analyzing needs and determining most effective solutions for stakeholders at an enterprise level.
  • Recognized Teaching Certificate (state issued, Sloan-C, or similar), formal teaching experience and/or certificate/experience in professional training and development; or the ability to obtain relevant certification within one year.
  • Candidate must demonstrate interest, ability and/or experience promoting cultural competency, universal accessibility and/or diversity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of ERP, Learning Management System or similar enterprise administration or administrative experience.
