Milton Academy seeks an instructional technologist who, in collaboration with faculty, administrators, and staff, will advance the effective use of technology in teaching and learning at Milton. Qualified candidates will have a current and deep understanding of the interplay between instructional design, pedagogy, and technology, as well as the capacity to model and demonstrate their interconnectedness. The instructional technologist will also be the faculty liaison to Milton's Academy Technology Services (ATS) department on topics including device and platform strategies and policy implementation.

As a member of the faculty, the instructional technologist will teach at least one class and will be involved with student life beyond the classroom. Some teachers may also reside and work in a dormitory.
