Requires a master’s degree in information science, communication, media, instructional design, curriculum/instructional development, instructional technology, or a related field, and at least three years of related training and/or technical experience. |

Requires extensive knowledge of contemporary and emerging learning theories, instructional theories, practices, and their applications, and of web development standards and emerging technologies. |
| Preferred Qualifications |
Instructional design training or certificate is preferred. |

Rutgers web-based records systems such as online transcripts. Solid technical understanding of desktop computers and their operating systems as well as server (UNIX and Windows) systems and network-related concepts. |
