IT Manager and Systems Administrator

Please note that consideration will only be given to candidates with the following:

• Appropriate qualifications and experience in full network infrastructure management
• Ability to manage budgeting, procurement, installation and deployment of both hardware and software to meet strategic goals
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to work with people with a range of skills, and provide training and support opportunities for staff in both educational and administrative settings
• Development and implementation of effective and appropriate ICT integration strategies for the classroom

In addition, the applicant will:

• work closely with the Headmaster and Management, while also serving on the IT Board and marketing sub committees
• be responsible for creating direction, planning, implementing, and managing servers and systems to facilitate and support the school’s vision and strategic plan
• provide guidance and mentorship for the IT support team while providing a high level of support and best practice knowledge to children and teachers in accordance to the strategic direction, teaching and learning goals of the school
• be Involved in the extra-curricular life of the School as is required/appropriate
• understand, identify with and contribute to the Clifton ethos and values
• be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
