Position Summary |
University Information Technology Services (UITS), within the University of Arizona, is seeking an IT Program Leader that will lead aspects of the program to implement an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Reporting to the Executive Director of Student and Academic Technologies, the IT Program Leader facilitates project delivery in a highly collaborative, complex organizational context by negotiating priorities, orchestrating team communications and process, navigating organizational boundaries to address external dependencies, and breaking down barriers. The IT Program Leader thinks beyond timeline, budget, and scope to envision and deliver high-value outcomes through the enterprise CRM program. Building off of strong relationships built through the course of developing the strategic plan, the IT Program leader connects to other initiative owners and partner organizational leadership to understand core strategies and needs that should be enabled through the CRM program. The successful applicant will be a politically savvy project leader with demonstrated success managing large components of an enterprise ERPor CRM implementation in an organizational culture of distributed leadership. This is a project funded, three-year position with potential for continuation pending ongoing funding.
