This is an exciting entry level opportunity for a recent graduate seeking to gain valuable experience in the non-profit IT environment.

Reporting to Manager of Information technology, as part to of the technology team reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will posses the following abilities and skill sets:

  • Comptia A+ and Comptia Network + knowledge is preferred.

  • Great oral communications skills as well as customer service

  • Support Active Directory Users, Groups and Policy

  • Maintain and Monitor Network resources

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple OS X ,and Google Chromium

  • Support Learning Management Solution and Student Information Systems

  • Provide desk-side support for faculty and students

  • Maintain classroom Audio/Visual equipment

  • Support MDM device profiles and enrollment

  • Support and Troubleshoot VOIP Phone system
