Assist in the support of students, teachers, and administrators through the IT Department Help Desk.

Monitor, manage, track and document all issues and solutions provided by the Level I Technician.

Assist with setting up computer workstations with all necessary peripherals connected.

Assist with set up and installation of printers scanners, etc.
 
- 
Track toner inventory for printers and copiers.Notify CBS-GISX for repairs of copiers/printers

Support PC desktops.

Assist with any problems with computer or peripherals and ensure functionality. Install andconfigure FASNY authorized software.

Image and rollout images for desktops.

Assist in the creation of logins accounts for new students and teachers for PCs and G-Suite

Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate computers equipment software…etc.

Responsible for updating and maintaining the OnSIP software and VoIP phone hardware.

Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
 
- 
Maintain the inventory of all equipment at your site (interactive boards, projectors, etc.).
 
- 
Working with the Assistant Director of Technology assist troubleshooting internet outages.
 
- 
Set up projectors, screens, sound boards, microphones and computers for presentations.
 
- 
Working with JAMF make sure iPads have all necessary apps and updates.
 
- 
Provide all support for iPads.
 
- 
Become familiar and ultimately able to assist with security systems, cameras, etc.
