The Bryn Mawr School seeks a full-time Middle School Computer Science Instructor and Innovation Integrator to begin August, 2018. The ideal candidate can teach a robust Middle School Computer Science curriculum (including digital citizenship, computer programming, 3D printing, app development, and various Maker activities), and provide technology and Maker support to faculty. We seek a candidate who will proactively collaborate with teachers to integrate innovative teaching concepts and tools into their classes. Candidates will work closely with the Computer Science Department, share a genuine passion for Computer Science, and continually stay abreast of emerging educational technology and Computer Science trends to engage, inspire, and prepare girls for the Upper School Computer Science curriculum. This full-time position also includes being part of a grade team, advising a group of students and assisting students in our Innovation lab.
