Berkeley Carroll is hiring a Middle School Tech Integrator to teach technology classes in the Middle School, while also acting as the first point of contact for MS students and faculty with tech issues. This individual will have a desk in our Middle School library, and will be a visible and accessible presence for students and faculty. This is a full-time, 40-hours per week position.

Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for middle school students with tech issues

  • Communicate technology updates and changes with middle school faculty and students

  • Manage the middle school 1-to-1 device program, including troubleshooting and managing repairs of iPads and Chromebooks

  • Work with MS faculty to develop grade appropriate tech projects

  • Teach technology classes in the middle school and work with the MS Tech Team to help plan the direction of MS technology

Requirements:

  • School experience, preferably at the middle school level

  • Experience with the following platforms: Mac OS, iOS, ChromeOS, Google admin tools.
