Christ the King Catholic School (CKS), a 2011 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in Tampa, FL, is seeking a middle school technology teacher for the 2016-17 school year. A thriving parish school with an enrollment of over 500 students in Pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade, CKS has fostered an environment of academic excellence and spiritual enrichment since 1949. All staff members are familiar with the teachings of St. John Bosco and his preventative method of reason, religion and loving kindness.

The teacher work day is from 7:35 AM until 3:25 PM, with the exception of Thursday, when the teacher day ends at 4:30 PM for professional development. Responsibilities include teaching technology use to middle school students and application of concepts learned in science and math through use of a STEM lab. Applicants should be able to connect subject areas and support other content areas with technology instruction. Experience in multiple platforms, including iPad, Google, and Microsoft is desired.
