Robotics Coach (Part-Time)

Position Summary

The Robotics Coach will teach, advise, supervise and lead a team of students in an after-school program/club. The ideal candidate will have hard/software programming experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to, the following)

• Ability to teach programming for robotics to novice students and experts alike

• Help coordinate and manage student robotics team(s) and parent volunteers

• Able, periodically, to be responsible for a group of students around machines and tools by one’s self

• Work in partnership with parents

• Advocate and promote the School

• Work collegially with administrators and fellow faculty

• Other duties as assigned

Work Schedule

• Program runs between September through February

• Monday through Friday from 3:30PM to 5:30PM and/or weekends

• Attend 3-4 tournaments (5-8 hours on weekends) as needed
