St. George’s Independent School is a college preparatory, co-educational day school located on three campuses in the metropolitan area of Memphis, Tennessee. For over 50 years, the School has been a leader in quality education. Within the last twelve years, we opened an academically vigorous and thriving middle and upper school campus, and an additional urban elementary campus. We have four sections of each grade level PK-5, and six sections of each grade level 6-12, and a student/teacher ratio averaging 9:1 and middle and upper level class sizes averaging 100. The School Information Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting school operating centers’ use of our unified school information system (Veracross). This position assures the integrity of data; provides support and training for staff, parents, and students; and assists staff in the creation of methodologies to maximize software utility. Position responsibilities:
• Maximizing utility of Veracross among admission, business operations, academics, communications, and advancement.
• Communicate between vendor and stakeholders about changes, enhancements, upgrades, and downtime
• Create training programs for stakeholders
• Maintain accurate information within the systems including user profiles, security settings, and passwords
• Support academic divisions with master scheduling and student schedules in collaboration with the registrar and administration
• Support transcript, attendance, and academic reporting

Bachelor’s degree and at least two years experience working with information systems (preferably in an educational setting), desirable.
