Job description:

Trinity seeks an engaging and highly relational instructional leader to teach in STE(A)M areas. Trinity is a K4-12th grade Independent Evangelical Christian School that teaches with a Biblical Worldview. We are known also for our penchant for innovation. We were the first in the River Region to qualify as an "Apple Distinguished School." This position would leverage outstanding teaching and technology to enable students in Math, Robotics, Design Thinking and other areas that would prepare them for the Upper School and beyond.

The STE(A)M concept integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts/
Architecture and Math to offer opportunities for students to see real world application and relevance to their studies. The person taking on this role would have the opportunity to lead our collective conversation in these areas across both the Middle and Upper School.

Job Requirements

Instructor would teach two sections of Transition to Algebra (Pre-Algebra) for 8th graders and one section of Advanced Algebra to seniors. They would also teach a section of our Middle School Design Thinking course that also integrates Robotics and Coding.

Seeking candidates with a Bachelors of Science in Math, Computer Science, or Science. Masters in Education preferred. Also seeking professionals with a passion to help impact the lives of students outside the classroom in areas like athletics, the arts, and/or competition teams/clubs like Science Olympiad Team, Math Team, Envirobowl.

All candidates must profess and model a Christian worldview. Trinity teachers are active members of a diverse group of Christian denominations.
