STEM Instructor

Golda Och Academy is currently seeking a full-time Upper School STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Instructor for the 2016 – 2017 school year. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in engineering and computer science. S/he will work collaboratively with department members and department chairs, will partner with outside experts to enhance curriculum, provide rich experiential opportunities for students, and help students see the real-life applications of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The position includes additional responsibilities such as teaching electives and overseeing student STEM clubs. S/he will have strong teaching experience and a degree in a STEM-related field. A master’s degree and relevant experience with middle school students strongly preferred.
