QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs up to a height of 4 feet occasionally
  • Self-motivated.
  • Current driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel in district (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Proof of valid current vehicle insurance

REPORTS TO:         Lead Computer Support Technician

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Summer work hours are expected to be between 30-40 hours per week, starting mid to late May)

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Assist in the refreshing of district end-user devices
  2. Installing/Uninstalling cables, equipment and devices
  3. Receiving and unboxing of technology inventory and equipment
  4. Assisting in the imaging of technology devices
  5. Lifting, sorting, moving, technology equipment
  6. Attend meetings or work overtime as requested by supervisors or district administration.
  7. Clean, label, and repair technology equipment
  8. Be respectful and courteous to parents, students and staff.
  9. Dress and grooming should be appropriate.
  10. Read and respond to email in a timely manner.
  11. Be comfortable with the use of computers and other district technology to facilitate communication with district staff and administration.
  12. Complete all required training
  13. Travel in district as needed to provide services to district buildings and personnel, deliver or pick up technology equipment as needed to facilitate the repair and/or distribution of technology.
  14. Participate in special technology projects as required.
  15. Other duties as assigned.
