The Systems Coordinator is a non-exempt member of the technology team, reporting to the Director of Technology.  This individual supports all divisions of the school by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of student and system data.

Essential responsibilities are:

  • for the administration, maintenance, and overall functioning of the school’s Student Information System;
  • for the administration, maintenance, and overall functioning of the school’s Learning Management Systems;
  • for establishing and maintaining policies and standards for data management to ensure integrity of records;
  • for the training and support of faculty and staff on the SIS and LMS applications;
  • for training and support of Division Staff for SIS processes, including grading and scheduling; and
  •  for keeping up-to-date student records as well as archiving in both paper and digital.

Position Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience in technology and/or with SIS/LMS/database systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  •  Experience administrating Student Information Systems; Blackbaud Education Edge and Whipple Hill onRecord highly preferred;
  • Experience administrating Learning Management Systems; Blackboard and Whipple Hill onCampus highly preferred;
  •  Experience with managing database systems, including adding records, creating attributes, creating queries, exports/imports, and reports; and
  • Experience with processes of a K-12 school environment, including enrollment, registration, grading, transcripts, and scheduling.

Other candidate qualities include:

  • Excellent customer service skills, as you will be supporting all members of a school community;
  • Excellent attention to detail and be highly organized;
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals; and
  • Highly adaptable and enthusiastically take on additional duties as assigned.
