St. David’s School in Raleigh, NC seeks a Business Analyst to assist with an exciting, transformational system re-architecture project as St. David’s implements all new system solutions for its student information system, learning management system and external website content management/publishing system.  This position will begin immediately.
 
In this role, the Systems Implementation Analyst will:

o   Engage with stakeholders across the school organization to gather imperative and non-imperative requirements.
o   Understand how users interact with existing systems by observation and interviews.
o   Understand how users will interact with new systems working with vendor system providers.
o   Illustrate specific areas of change in process and/or system interaction from the current systems to the new system(s).
o   Identify areas of process/organizational change required or recommended.
o   Work with vendor system providers to understand the new systems to identify any potential gaps, and determine necessary workarounds or changes to fully adopt the new system(s).
o   Work with the Director of Technology to manage the project scope and project deliverables in support of the overall program and communicate to stakeholders accordingly.
o   Partner across the school organization in support of project tasks and deliverables.

 

An ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience fulfilling a business analyst role and direct experience with system implementation projects.  A successful candidate would have strong core business analysis skills, interpersonal skills (listening, partnering, influencing, stakeholder management) and personal qualities (i.e. time management, project management, teamwork, professionalism, written and oral communication).  All candidates are encouraged to visit St. David’s School website, www.sdsw.org, to learn more about the mission and vision of the school.
