The Systems Support Technician will be responsible for installation, operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure as well as various technology-related activities.  Responsibilities include support, systems management, project management, professional development, and training. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Experience with Apple MacOS and iOS devices, iWorks suite, AirPrint & AirPlay, Microsoft software products including Office 2016, Windows 10 Professional, Jamf Pro MDM portal and Aruba wireless, Media Presentation setup and support

  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office; ability to work within a team, good analytical and communication skills; well-organized; self-starter with ability to multi-taks; detail-oriented; availability by phone and flexibility to work evenings & weekends; and ability to perform strenuous physical activities.
