Job details:

Ability to carry out the mission and philosophy of the school by modeling an authentic
relationship with Jesus Christ.

Ability to effectively communicate with, encourage, and serve faculty, administration,
and students.

Deploy, monitor, maintain, upgrade, and support all IT systems.

Provide expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions, and
file maintenance.

Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions
and implementations will meet school and system requirements.

Maintain, support, and update software and hardware

Assist administration, teachers, and students with all technical support needs

Tier 2 Technical Support
Facilitate technology training and professional development opportunities for teachers.

Work as a liaison between faculty, administrative staff, and technology staff.

Assist in the development, implementation, review, and revision of the school wide technology plan.

Assess individual user ability levels of teachers and staff by regularly, spontaneously,
and informally observing teachers in the classroom.

Work with principals and other staff members to design and implement a technology
integration plan. Work to integrate current technology in the classrooms by:

o Working closely with teachers to develop lesson plans which integrate

o Scheduling individual planning and training sessions for technology integration

o Being available to teachers during the implementation of lessons utilizing

o Modeling creative and innovative uses of technology in the classroom.

Coordinate the scheduling of computer labs, carts, and other technologies.

Research new methods and media for technology integration.

Develop and implement new technology integration programs as needed.
