Friends Seminary seeks an experienced, self-motivated person to join our Technology Department’s Helpdesk and work full-time in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Interested candidates must have demonstrable skills with Macs and iPads and a strong desire to be a key person on a small, close-knit, dedicated technology team. This role requires frequent interaction with faculty, staff and students, direct support and interactions with the technology integrators and requires clear and effective communication to those requesting support.

The position is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and A/V issues around the school as well as administrative responsibilities such as purchase order management, supply ordering, and workflow documentation. Related support certifications (ACMT, CCT, CCA, CCE, CJA) and JAMF Casper experience preferred. Familiarity with SMART Boards, Windows, printers, an understanding of basic network structure, and knowledge of A/V systems a plus.

Special projects include: setup and coordination of A/V needs for events (which sometimes occur outside of normal working hours), professional development technology workshops for faculty and staff.
