  • Monitoring, management and evaluation of the iPad 1:1 project from grade 07-12. This incorporates both the production of material and the support functions necessary for its effective running. This includes online learning platforms and environments, notably Google Apps for education as well as technical assistance.
  • Project management and strategy, including scope and efficacy.
  • Materials production which would concentrate on assisting staff and learners to develop, design and produce content; including formats, design elements, pedagogical considerations and resource management. This would include the use of instructional design theory.
  • Providing support structures for teachers using workshops, training sessions and materials as well as one to one support in the classroom for teachers. Create processes to elicit feedback in order to gauge staff and learner perceptions of the project.
  • Undertake and oversight of the technological infrastructure within the school as it relates to eLearning strategies and classroom learning. This includes smartboards, projectors, Apple TV’s and AV equipment.
  • Liaise with and build strategic partnerships with suppliers, organizations and individuals in an effort to support the eLearning strategy of the College.
