The Bement School is seeking a full-time, 12-month Technology Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Operations, the Technology Coordinator will work closely with other key stakeholders in designing and implementing technology solutions for faculty, staff, and students. The Technology Coordinator will help shape the planning and implementation of technology systems, programs, applications, and services utilized by The Bement School.

Necessary skills include strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively across divisions and departments, and the ability to be a self-starter. Prior independent school experience is preferred but not required.

Primary duties include

  • Manage technology systems currently in place, and inventory of devices and hardware

  • Provide teachers and students with support and resources to effectively integrate technology into Bement’s educational program

  • Ensure implementation of cybersecurity measures and training

Additional duties include

  • With DFO, develop and administer technology expense and capital budgets

  • Provide support through training, professional development, and individualized support

  • Manage school technology solutions such as: Blackbaud, Veracross, FinalSite, Magnus Health, inRESONANCE, and Google Workspace

  • Interface with phone, printer, and computer vendors as needed

The Bement School is a coeducational day/boarding school serving students in grades K-9 with an enrollment of 200 students. Located on Old Main Street in Deerfield, MA, the school occupies a unique relationship with a beautiful and historic community.
