Reporting to the Executive Director of Innovation and Technology and under the day-to-day supervision of the Principal at the designated branch, the Technology Integration Teacher will:

Roles and Responsibilities:

●       Collaborate with teachers in language of instruction, to support their use of technology in the delivery and assessment of curricula through a variety of instructional methods, maintaining a bookable team teaching calendar.

●       Deliver appropriate and accessible PD for integration of technology across subject or grade level, providing structure and training to teachers through individual and group IT PD sessions.

●       Contribute digital support resources focused on educational technology, to Branch and Learning Forum websites, providing platform support and training for school administrators and teachers

●       Support teachers’ use of digital classroom and communication tools including Google Apps

●       Train staff and students in the use of media equipment and production software to support integration in the instructional program, creating content where required.

●       Pilot and recommend innovative hardware and software solutions in support of teaching and learning at TFS, including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Certified Teacher (B.Ed) with a field of study in Educational Technology.  Must also have 2+ years of experience in this field.

Additional Qualifications:

Bilingualism French and English required.
